What is your cancellation policy?

A. Please  give us 24 hours notice if you want to avoid paying for a session you can’t make. We do this for 2 reasons. Firstly there are often other clients that may be desperate to get in to see us and this 24 hour period enables to schedule an appointment for them.  Secondly if we are unable to fill the vacancy we still have overheads to pay, and your not being here also prevents us from seeing others. Essentially missed appointments cost us important income. This cancellation period is an industry standard for almost all practitioners working in the private healthcare sectors.
