A Yorkshire lass who relocated to Fareham in December 2008, I have worked in various administration and hospitality roles over the years, including a very interesting two years in sunny Benidorm as a hotel receptionist.
Previously I have been a Safety and Security Steward working in my spare time for an events company based locally at the Ageus Bowl. I have also worked at Headingley Stadium, which indulged my interest in rugby, and various cricket grounds including Lords.
I enjoy taking holidays abroad and like nothing more to read a good book whilst being sat on the beach, people watching! I am also a dog lover and live with a beagle called Snoopy, a chocolate Labrador called Lexi and two Yorkshire terriers, Bramble and Louie.
I joined the team at Lowford Clinic in Febraury 2009 and find the job very interesting and rewarding. I have been receiving chiropractic care from Mark to rectify hip pain which has resulted in a re-found enjoyment of the gym which I attend on a regular basis and participate in group exercise classes of Body Attack, Body Combat, Body Pump, RPM and Pilates. I also have frequent sports massage treatments from Stefan for tightness in the shoulders and back associated with ‘desk jobs’, and increasingly calf and hip flexor problems due to the gym!
I am keen to point out that anybody and everybody can benefit from the treatments on offer at Lowford Clinic.
