Following completion of my Sports Massage Diploma at the London School of Sports massage I have worked at Lowford Clinic as a Sports Massage Practitioner for over 20 years, treating a variety of clients of all ages and backgrounds.

I am a retired Intensive Care Nurse where my last post was in Neonatal ITU. I still carry out some work within Southampton hospitals from time to time.

I have also worked for Hampshire Cricket at the Ageas bowl treating the 1st XI and I worked at the London 2012 Olympics based at Weymouth with the Sailing and Wind Surfing Teams.

I am a keen sportsman enjoying Coastal Rowing, Sea Swimming and have also completed an Iron Man Triathlon in 2011
