I’m Tracey, and my passion is helping people move with ease — free from pain and restriction.
After earning a First Class (Hons) Degree in Biology and Chemistry, I spent 15 years in arthritis research and 20 years in education leadership. Seeking a better balance and a new challenge, I found the perfect fit in Soft Tissue Therapy, where I could unite my love of science, education, exercise, and supporting others.
As a full member of the Sports Therapy Association (STA), I’m committed to continuous professional development, ensuring my practice is always informed by the latest knowledge and techniques. My journey began through my own experience as a runner: recovering from injury, I discovered how sports massage accelerated rehabilitation, improved performance, and enhanced recovery. That personal insight now shapes the way I work with clients.
My approach is client-centred, using advanced techniques tailored to individual goals. I’ve seen how Soft Tissue Therapy benefits not only athletes but anyone seeking relief from everyday aches, desk-related tension, or simply wanting to relax and recharge.
Today, I work with a wide range of people — from recreational athletes (runners, gym-goers, horse riders) to older adults wanting to stay active, as well as those recovering from injury. My mission is simple: to help you move better, feel better, and live life to the fullest.
