Complaints can be raised informally with your chiropractor, sports massage therapist, or a member of our reception team. Many concerns can be resolved quickly in this way.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days and fully investigated. A written response will normally be provided within 20 working days.
Making a complaint will not affect your ongoing or future care.
If you remain dissatisfied after completing our complaints process, you may contact the General Chiropractic Council (GCC), which regulates chiropractors in the UK.
